Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with any tags still attached. Proof of purchase is required. Gift cards and clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, contact us at dazmardar@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or was sent in error.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.

Cancellations

Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Orders can also be cancelled at any time before they have been fulfilled.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
